Charyl Weissbach received a BFA in painting and the history of art from Massachusetts College of Art & Design and an Associate’s Degree in Fashion Design from Mount Ida Campus of UMass Amherst. Her studio/gallery is located in Boston’s SoWa Artist’s District where she regularly participates in First Fridays, SoWa Sundays, and Open Studio events. Weissbach’s paintings are featured in Encaustic Works 2012: A Biennial Exhibition in Print, 100 Artists of New England, Boston Magazine’s Design Home, and Encaustic in the Twenty-First Century. Her artwork is in many private and corporate collections and she exhibits within galleries and museums throughout New England.
