Carlotta Carzaniga | Studio 323
Surrealistic, dreamlike, colorful paintings
Carlotta Carzaniga Born in Milan, Italy. Lives & Work in Boston.
At the age of fourteen, I attended a five-year art program at the Preziosine Institute, in Monza, Italy.
Although my diploma had confirmed my love for beauty and art, I felt the necessity to understand better the dynamic behind human beings need for artistic expression; this necessity brought me towards my philosophical studies, reaching a more deep and critical approach to reality, questioning and re-thinking the perception of life and relationships in our society.
In 2003 I moved to the U.S and got accepted into the Post Bachelor program at the School of the Museum of Fine Art in Boston, majoring in Installation Art.
Now I continue my work as an independent artist focusing on surrealistic paintings and sculptures.
