Abstract & Impressionist Paintings
"“Arnie Casavant has a special gift beyond his ability to draw people to him through lively conversation; he also captures them by capturing light and shadow in oil paint, expressing form through compelling compositions and clear values.” His impressionist paintings take you back in time, while his abstracts transport you to the future.
Arnie attended the University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth, courtesy of the GI Bill, and until 2005, was an art instructor and Department Chair at Oliver Ames High School in Easton, Massachusetts, a position he held for 27 years.
